Llistes vs Voice AI Planner

Llistes is a simple, fast list app built for everyday use. Four kinds of list, each with what it actually needs: • Shopping — suggests the things you buy regularly and clears out when you get back from the shop. • Housework — built to repeat: any chore can come back on its own every day, week, month or year. • Things to do — dates, priority flags, and anything you finish drops to the bottom. • Collections — a grid with photo, rating and notes, for wine, books, films or whatever you collect. You also get: • Photos and files on every item, with a built-in viewer. • Search across every list at once, with filters. • Categories and colours to keep things tidy. • An archive for lists you no longer use, without losing them. • A 10-day trash: anything you delete can be brought back. • Chores you can hand out: every task can carry the name of whoever it falls to. • Light and dark mode. It works without an account, and it works with one: • With no account, everything stays on your phone. No sign-up, no email, nothing leaves the device. • With an account, your lists follow you to your other devices. What is already on the phone gets uploaded. • Share a list by sending a link. Whoever opens it joins in, and you choose whether they can edit it or only read it. • Changes show up on the other phones right away. Anything you do with no connection is kept and uploaded the next time there is one. Available in Catalan, Spanish, English, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese. Llistes Pro No ads and up to 200 lists instead of 10. Auto-renewing subscription: €0.99 per month (with a 7-day free trial) or €9.99 per year. The price may differ in your country; the one shown in the app is the one that applies. It renews on its own until you cancel it from your App Store account, and the time already paid stays yours. An AI planner that lets you capture what’s on your mind just by speaking. Say your to-dos all at once, and AI sorts them into lists for Soon, Later, and Someday. Your plans, feelings, and records of what you’ve accomplished—all on one screen. Created by a developer with ADHD as an AI planner they could keep using in everyday life. You don’t have to keep a perfectly organized schedule. When something comes to mind, just write it down. Completed plans automatically become records, while your feelings and activities are saved alongside them as part of the same day. Things to do right now. Things to do someday. Important things you don’t want to forget. What you’re feeling in this moment. Instead of keeping everything in your head, give each thought a place—and come back to it whenever you need to. -------------------- What is brain dumping? Brain dumping means writing down everything on your mind to help you feel clearer. Sometimes described as a form of meditation through writing, it may help free up working memory and make it easier to process thoughts and memories. Other potential benefits include better focus, reduced stress and anxiety, improved memory retention, and more efficient learning. -------------------- ■ Organize your plans, feelings, and activities in one place • PLANS: What you’re going to do. • THOUGHTS: What you’re feeling right now. • LOG: What you did today. • TODO: What to do soon, later, or someday. The background shifts through morning, daytime, evening, and night at the times you choose. Let the sun and moon accompany you throughout your day. You can also keep your favorite time of day on screen. Your plans, todos, journal entries and other records are stored on your device. AI voice input sends data to external services. HITUKI’s relay server does not store the text content. With HITUKI+, you can access AI-powered voice input, weekly reports, list views, weather, recurring entries, multiple photos, widgets, and more—making everyday life easier to organize.
