# ArchCam vs Cerulean

The clearest difference is ratings volume: ArchCam at 6 against Cerulean's 1. Cerulean's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ArchCam sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Cerulean sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for ArchCam against 5.0 for Cerulean. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ArchCam has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ArchCam ships an update every 8 days, Cerulean weekly. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
