Only the moments you want to watch. Peako records your game from start to finish while you mark the moments worth keeping, as they happen. When you finish recording, the clips are already cut — just the seconds around each mark. No more scrubbing through a long video hunting for the good parts. ■ How it works 1. Pick a preset and start recording 2. Tap a tag whenever something worth keeping happens 3. Finish recording, and the clips are waiting for you 4. Save the ones you like to Photos, or share them Tapping a tag doesn’t stop the recording. Leave the camera rolling for the whole game. ■ Mark it while you record Tap one of the tag buttons on screen and a short vibration confirms it. You don’t have to look at the screen, so you never take your eyes off the play. There are at most four tags. We kept the number small so you can tell them apart without looking. In landscape you choose which side the tag buttons sit on. Put them within reach of the thumb of the hand holding the device. ■ The seconds around your tap, cut automatically Every tag carries its own “seconds before” and “seconds after.” A Shot, for example, keeps 5 seconds before the tap and 5 after. Finish recording and those clips are there. Tap the same moment more than once, or let ranges overlap. Both are fine. ■ Your original video stays, as usual Clips are cut from the original, and the full video is saved the way any recording would be. You can save it to Photos too. If a clip fails to export, the original is never at risk, and you can build the clip again afterward. ■ Find it again in seconds Each recording keeps its original video and its clips together. Filter by tag, by person, or both. Assign the people in a clip and you can pull up just Taro’s clips. Select several clips and assign them all at once. ■ Adjust the range afterward Tapped a little late? Want a few more seconds at the end? Adjust the range clip by clip, and reset to the original range whenever you like. ■ Combine a day into one highlight From the date on the home screen, build a highlight out of that day’s clips: • By tag (just the shots, just the nice plays) • By person (just Taro’s) • Everything from this day Play it, save it, share it. ■ Tags that fit your sport Three presets are built in: • Ball sports (Shot / Nice play / So close / Review later) • Kendo (Ippon / So close / To work on / Review later) • Everyday & other (Keep this / Funny / Cute / Review later) Duplicate one and change the tag names and the seconds to match your sport, or build a new preset from scratch. ■ Built for long recordings Made on the assumption that you leave it running for a whole game: • Pause and resume • Zoom • Elapsed time and remaining space • Warnings for low storage, low battery, and a device that is getting hot • Press and hold to finish, so recording never stops by accident ■ Who it’s for • Parents filming their kids’ games • Anyone who dreads hunting for the good parts afterward • Sending a short video to family or the team • Showing kids their own plays • Recitals, sports days, pets, and everyday moments ■ Privacy Videos are processed only on this device. Nothing you record is sent anywhere without you asking for it. No cloud storage. No account. ■ Before you start • Camera, microphone, and Photos access are required • Record in HD or 4K at 30 or 60fps (available options depend on your device) • Long recordings need free space on your device • A short test recording before anything important is a good idea

About

DamaReco

Keep just the moments when you land a trick. Often end up recording long videos of your kendama practice? Struggling to trim and organize them, or running out of storage? DamaReco is a camera app that lets you save just the moments when you land a trick during kendama practice and similar activities. While recording, it keeps up to the latest 3 minutes of footage and automatically deletes anything older, so long recordings don't keep piling up. When you land a trick, stop recording and review the video on the same screen. Choose the start and end on the timeline, then save just the part you want to Photos. You can also add your own or your team's logo and share your video. • Even during long sessions, only up to the latest 3 minutes are kept. Older footage is automatically deleted. • Review the moment you landed a trick, choose the start and end, and save it. • Pinch to zoom and frame your shot. On supported rear cameras, you can adjust zoom across lenses without stopping your recording. • Easily choose image quality, smoothness, and video format from the recording screen. • Reduce camera shake with supported cameras and recording settings. • Film yourself, in portrait or landscape—choose the style that suits you. • Choose your video's color tones to create a look that suits your style. • Add motion and transparency to your own or your team's logo to give your videos a personal touch. • While a video remains in history, you can choose a different moment or change the length and save it again. Note: While recording, the app retains up to the latest 3 minutes of playback time. In 4× slow motion, this is about 45 seconds of real time. Only footage within this range can be saved. The app's video cache is normally deleted after about 24 hours and may be deleted sooner when storage is low. Save the videos you want to keep to Photos. Clearing this cache does not delete videos already saved to Photos. Free storage is required to start recording, and recording may stop depending on available storage and other conditions. Note: Camera and microphone permissions are required. To save to Photos, please allow the app to add to Photos. Available lenses, zoom, resolutions, frame rates, image stabilization, and other features vary by device and settings.
