# FirstSeed Planner vs TypeDraw

The clearest difference is price: FirstSeed Planner at Free against TypeDraw's $4.99. FirstSeed Planner also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4). TypeDraw's advantage is ratings volume (65 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

FirstSeed Planner is free to download; TypeDraw costs $4.99 up front. FirstSeed Planner sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month and TypeDraw sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FirstSeed Planner holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TypeDraw has 65 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of FirstSeed Planner's written reviews are positive against 86% of TypeDraw's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FirstSeed Planner ships an update every 5 days, TypeDraw every 2 days. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
