# DiveTone vs Surface Interval

The clearest difference is update cadence: Surface Interval at every 2 days against DiveTone's every 5 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DiveTone sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Surface Interval sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
