# Arc vs Main Arc

The clearest difference is update cadence: Main Arc at every 4 days against Arc's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arc sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per year and Main Arc sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Arc ships an update every 2 weeks, Main Arc every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
