# Point vs M.A.D.

The clearest difference is update cadence: M.A.D. at every 2 days against Point's every 4 days. Point's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Point sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and M.A.D. sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Point ships an update every 4 days, M.A.D. every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
