# GUPIMO vs FolderCam

The clearest difference is ads: GUPIMO at none against FolderCam's shown. FolderCam's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GUPIMO sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and FolderCam sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.90 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GUPIMO ships an update every 5 days, FolderCam every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
