# Kiji vs AZNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: AZNote at every 2 days against Kiji's every 5 days. AZNote also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kiji sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and AZNote sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kiji ships an update every 5 days, AZNote every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
