# Resum vs Scriba

The clearest difference is update cadence: Resum at every 10 days against Scriba's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Resum sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Scriba sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Resum ships an update every 10 days, Scriba every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
