# Canvas vs Hutew

The clearest difference is update cadence: Hutew at weekly against Canvas's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Canvas sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Hutew sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Canvas ships an update every 3 weeks, Hutew weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
