Find an unknown rookie, develop them, and take them to the top of the world. Pro Gamer Manager is an esports management sim: you scout unproven players, drill them week by week, and lead a roster from local cups to the world championship. Win it, and you can expand into other games and run an organization with several divisions. PICK YOUR GAME Start by choosing which title your team competes in: the tactical FPS BREAK//ZONE, the 5v5 strategy game ASTRAL LANE, the fighting game IRON CLASH, the football game PITCH LEGENDS or the battle royale LAST SIGNAL. Lineup size, the stats that matter and the tactical matchups all differ. DEVELOP YOUR PLAYERS Ten stats — aim, reaction, decision, tactics, mental and more — across six talent types, each with its own growth curve. Read how a player improves, then build their weekly training around it. Each week you also pick who gets your limited focused-coaching slots. BUILD A TEAM Fill the roles your title calls for, and look for the synergies that only certain combinations unlock. Invest in facilities and hire specialist staff to raise how fast the whole roster grows. WIN TOURNAMENTS From the rookie cup through regional opens, the national league and the national final, to the world qualifier and the world championship itself. Matches play out round by round with live commentary, so you can see who carried the round and which talent or synergy decided it. Your scouting report comes with a confidence rating: back your read and go all in, or play it safe when you cannot see what is coming. RIVALS WHO REMEMBER Opposing teams keep the same players year after year, and those players age. The team that knocked you out becomes your rival, with your head-to-head record and their star player waiting on your home screen. SIGN THEM, LOSE THEM In the transfer market you can pay a fee to prise a player off a team you met in a tournament. Your own players get approached too — the better they play, and the unhappier they are, the more often. THE GAME ITSELF CHANGES Every season patches the title you play, and the stats that matter shift under you. Last season's stars can lose their edge. Build up your analysis room to see the next patch coming, and hide your hand in rest and research weeks so opponents cannot simply read your tactics. RUN THE ORGANIZATION A national league with promotion and relegation, franchise slots you can buy into, four business lines from merchandise to live events, sponsor deals with obligations and performance clauses, and ten staff roles to hire for. Run out of money and you lose things: staff quit, sponsors walk, facilities shrink. When a scandal breaks, you decide whether to apologize, explain yourself, or bury it. EXPAND INTO OTHER GAMES Win the world championship and you can found a division in another title. Hand it to a coach and it runs itself, reporting back each week — or take the controls yourself. Every division feeds one organization-wide world rank, from unknown club to top of the world. SEE A CAREER THROUGH Players age, and one day they retire. A retired player can stay on as a coach, a scout, or the head coach of a new division, and develop the next generation. Sign a rookie, raise them, win with them, watch them become a star, retire them, make them a coach, and raise their student in turn. That loop is the game. PLAY OFFLINE, COME BACK DAILY No account, no online matches, and no connection needed to play. Login bonuses and daily and weekly missions top up your funds each day. Free to play: rewarded ads boost rewards, and in-app purchases (ad removal, credits) are optional — you can finish without either. When online, the app loads ads and sends usage analytics, never anything you type. See the privacy policy. Your save lives on this device. You can export it to a file from Settings and import it again later — exported files are reachable from the Files app — so switching phones is up to you, not a server.
