# Steggy vs Stride

The clearest difference is ads: Steggy at none against Stride's shown. Stride's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Steggy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Stride sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Steggy ships an update every 8 days, Stride fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
