# WriteForge vs Triquid Notes

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: WriteForge at 16.0 against Triquid Notes's 26.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WriteForge sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Triquid Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
