# Pillar vs Interrupt

The clearest difference is update cadence: Interrupt at every 2 days against Pillar's every 10 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pillar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Interrupt sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pillar ships an update every 10 days, Interrupt every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
