# No Sugar Challenge vs Stax

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stax at every 2 days against No Sugar Challenge's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. No Sugar Challenge sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Stax sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

No Sugar Challenge ships an update every 3 weeks, Stax every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
