# IQ Prep vs Aptitude Trainer

The clearest difference is update cadence: IQ Prep at every 2 days against Aptitude Trainer's every 9 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IQ Prep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Aptitude Trainer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IQ Prep ships an update every 2 days, Aptitude Trainer every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
