# IPTV Player vs Ceau Player

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ceau Player at every 2 days against IPTV Player's weekly. Ceau Player also leads on device support (6 vs 3). IPTV Player's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IPTV Player sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Ceau Player sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IPTV Player ships an update weekly, Ceau Player every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
