# Rounds vs IntervalRunner

The clearest difference is ads: IntervalRunner at none against Rounds's shown. Rounds's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rounds sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and IntervalRunner sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rounds ships an update every 4 days, IntervalRunner every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
