Tudu

Tudu: ADHD planner and brain dump by voice, with an Eisenhower matrix built in Say what's on your mind in one sentence and Tudu turns it into a sorted task list. Tell it "buy milk and call mom tomorrow at six" and it splits that into two tasks, sets the date, time and urgency, and files each into the right list โ no forms, no dropdowns, no typing required. Add tasks by voice Speak the way you think โ one sentence, as many tasks as you like at once. The parser finds the date, duration and urgency by itself, so you never fill out a form. Only text reaches our server Your iPhone's speech recognition turns what you say into text. Only that text reaches our server, where a third-party AI language model splits it into tasks โ your list and tag names and time zone travel with it, so everything lands in the right place at the right time. Three planning methods, one database Switch with a single tap; nothing is lost or rewritten. โข GTD โ tasks, calendar, projects, someday โข FVP โ exactly three tasks a day, Tudu refuses a fourth โข Eisenhower matrix โ urgent, important, small stuff and the rest, sorted automatically Built for ADHD, useful for anyone A hard daily limit instead of an endless backlog. The "where do I start" button shows you one task and asks if you're ready for it; if not, it shows you the next one. You always choose between two, never between forty. Reminders that actually fire Reminders are checked against your task list: a finished task stays quiet, and a moved task reminds you at its new time instead. Set a time once, and Tudu reminds you right then. Stats without streaks Daily and weekly load, what you get stuck on, which tasks you finish, when your working hours really are. There are no streaks and there never will be โ skipping something for a reason isn't a failure. No ads, no account, no sign-up No advertising at all. No registration of any kind. Your data stays on your iPhone and exports to CSV or Markdown whenever you like. Lists, calendar and reminders all work without an internet connection. Anything you type while offline waits in a queue and sorts itself out the moment you're back online. Also inside โข Boards for work, home and study, each with its own method โข Custom tabs: rename, reorder, hide โข Calendar with a week strip and a full month, projects with sub-steps โข A memory of ideas and reference notes, searchable anytime โข Trash with one-tap restore โข Light and dark themes Who Tudu is for Adults with ADHD who want a planner that sets its own limits. Students juggling classes and a part-time job. Freelancers with no manager to set their priorities for them. Parents whose home and work tasks keep colliding. Get started in a minute Say your first sentence and Tudu sorts it into a date and a list before you put your phone down. Pick how you want to run it: a simple list, GTD, FVP or the Eisenhower matrix โ and switch whenever you like without losing a single task. Frequently asked questions Is this just a to-do list, or something more? Both: run a plain list, or switch to GTD, FVP or the Eisenhower matrix once you need more structure. Do I need a diagnosis to use an ADHD planner like Tudu? No โ the same daily limit and matrix work whether or not ADHD is part of the picture. Do I need to be online to add tasks by voice? You need a connection to turn speech into sorted tasks; your lists, calendar and reminders keep working without one. Will I lose anything if I switch planning methods? No โ every task carries over, however you choose to view it. Do I have to make an account? No โ no account, no ads, and your tasks stay on your phone.
