# Float vs Minutae

The clearest difference is update cadence: Float at every 2 days against Minutae's every 6 days. Float also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Float sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Minutae sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Float ships an update every 2 days, Minutae every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
