# CARIFLIX vs Nos Tumba

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nos Tumba at 100% against CARIFLIX's 23%. Nos Tumba also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). CARIFLIX's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.6) and ratings volume (400 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CARIFLIX sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Nos Tumba sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CARIFLIX holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CARIFLIX has 400 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of CARIFLIX's written reviews are positive against 100% of Nos Tumba's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CARIFLIX ships an update every 2 months, Nos Tumba every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
