# CARIFLIX vs StreamBluu

The clearest difference is review sentiment: StreamBluu at 78% against CARIFLIX's 23%. StreamBluu also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11). CARIFLIX's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (400 vs 17). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CARIFLIX sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. StreamBluu asks for nothing beyond the download.

CARIFLIX holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CARIFLIX has 400 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of CARIFLIX's written reviews are positive against 78% of StreamBluu's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CARIFLIX ships an update every 2 months, StreamBluu every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
