# BringFido vs Tripkee

The clearest difference is monetization model: Tripkee at free against BringFido's free with in-app purchases. Tripkee also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 85%) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). BringFido's advantage is ratings volume (46K vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for BringFido against 5.0 for Tripkee. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BringFido has 46K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 85% of BringFido's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tripkee's.

BringFido ships an update every 3 weeks, Tripkee monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
