# Roya TV vs Cathode

The clearest difference is ads: Cathode at none against Roya TV's shown. Roya TV's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Roya TV sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Cathode sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
