# Frequency vs Bee Humble Studio

The clearest difference is rating: Frequency at 4.7 against Bee Humble Studio's 3.5. Frequency also leads on ratings volume (2.4K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). Bee Humble Studio's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 23). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Frequency sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Bee Humble Studio asks for nothing beyond the download.

Frequency holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Frequency has 2.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Frequency ships an update every 2 weeks, Bee Humble Studio monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
