# Frequency vs 3PhaseFit

The clearest difference is device support: Frequency at 3 against 3PhaseFit's —. On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Frequency sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and 3PhaseFit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
