# Frequency vs Nurtli

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nurtli at daily against Frequency's every 2 weeks. Frequency's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16 vs 18.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Frequency sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Nurtli sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Frequency ships an update every 2 weeks, Nurtli daily. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
