# ABC Contacts vs Custom Contacts

The clearest difference is ads: Custom Contacts at none against ABC Contacts's shown. Custom Contacts also leads on review sentiment (95% vs 87%) and iOS requirement (13.6 vs 15.0). ABC Contacts's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 57). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ABC Contacts sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year and Custom Contacts sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for ABC Contacts against 4.6 for Custom Contacts. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ABC Contacts has 1.2K ratings behind it against 57, so its average is the more settled of the two.
