# HashPhotos vs FixMyExport

The clearest difference is ratings volume: HashPhotos at 2.5K against FixMyExport's 3. HashPhotos also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). FixMyExport's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and review sentiment (100% vs 79%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HashPhotos sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and FixMyExport sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FixMyExport holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HashPhotos has 2.5K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 79% of HashPhotos's written reviews are positive against 100% of FixMyExport's.

HashPhotos ships an update weekly, FixMyExport every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
