# Ziroom Rentals vs 相寓

The clearest difference is rating: Ziroom Rentals at 4.4 against 相寓's 3.4. Ziroom Rentals also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 72) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). 相寓's advantage is review sentiment (63% vs 21%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ziroom Rentals holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ziroom Rentals has 1.5K ratings behind it against 72, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of Ziroom Rentals's written reviews are positive against 63% of 相寓's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ziroom Rentals ships an update weekly, 相寓 fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
