# English Eval Comprehensive vs Learning English

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Learning English at 92% against English Eval Comprehensive's 25%. Learning English also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (42 vs 8). English Eval Comprehensive's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. English Eval Comprehensive sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Learning English sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $8.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

English Eval Comprehensive holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Learning English has 42 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of English Eval Comprehensive's written reviews are positive against 92% of Learning English's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

English Eval Comprehensive ships an update every 4 months, Learning English every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
