# BattleFit vs Strive

The clearest difference is rating: Strive at 4.8 against BattleFit's 1.5. Strive also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (3.1K vs 2). BattleFit's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (82% vs 71%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BattleFit sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Strive sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Strive holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Strive has 3.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of BattleFit's written reviews are positive against 71% of Strive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BattleFit ships an update monthly, Strive every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
