# AIMS vs CrewTap

The clearest difference is rating: CrewTap at 5.0 against AIMS's 3.3. CrewTap also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). AIMS's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CrewTap holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AIMS has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AIMS ships an update every 4 months, CrewTap weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
