# Math Vs Undead vs Ready Math

The clearest difference is ads: Ready Math at none against Math Vs Undead's shown. Ready Math also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). Math Vs Undead's advantage is review sentiment (48% vs 29%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Math Vs Undead sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Ready Math sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ready Math holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 148 and 712 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Math Vs Undead's written reviews are positive against 29% of Ready Math's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Math Vs Undead ships an update every 6 months, Ready Math every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
