# Kisi vs SBCapp

The clearest difference is update cadence: Kisi at every 10 days against SBCapp's every 2 months. Kisi also leads on ratings volume (24K vs 1) and chart position (#167 vs unranked). SBCapp's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SBCapp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kisi has 24K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Kisi ships an update every 10 days, SBCapp every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and June 24, 2026 respectively.
