# Units+ vs Unit Plus

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Units+ at 375 against Unit Plus's 3. Unit Plus's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Units+ sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Unit Plus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Unit Plus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Units+ has 375 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Units+ ships an update every 5 months, Unit Plus every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
