# Sumhold vs On Time.

The clearest difference is rating: On Time. at 5.0 against Sumhold's 3.9. On Time. also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 24 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). Sumhold's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. On Time. sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Sumhold asks for nothing beyond the download.

On Time. holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sumhold has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Sumhold's written reviews are positive against 60% of On Time.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sumhold ships an update every 24 months, On Time. monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
