# Equal, More, or Less vs Zyl

The clearest difference is price: Equal, More, or Less at Free against Zyl's $1.99. Equal, More, or Less also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 83%). Zyl's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.5) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Equal, More, or Less is free to download; Zyl costs $1.99 up front. Equal, More, or Less sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Zyl asks for nothing beyond the download.

Zyl holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zyl has 41 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Equal, More, or Less's written reviews are positive against 83% of Zyl's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Equal, More, or Less ships an update every 2 months, Zyl every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
