# AlgoApp vs QuickMem

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: QuickMem at none against AlgoApp's 4. QuickMem also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). AlgoApp's advantage is ratings volume (20K vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AlgoApp sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. QuickMem asks for nothing beyond the download.

QuickMem holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AlgoApp has 20K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AlgoApp ships an update every 4 days, QuickMem every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
