# VBOX Laptimer vs Sportity

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sportity at 67% against VBOX Laptimer's 17%. VBOX Laptimer's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (26 vs 8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VBOX Laptimer holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 26 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of VBOX Laptimer's written reviews are positive against 67% of Sportity's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
