# InterConneX for iPhone vs DEVONthink To Go 4

The clearest difference is update cadence: DEVONthink To Go 4 at every 3 weeks against InterConneX for iPhone's every 6 months. DEVONthink To Go 4 also leads on ratings volume (242 vs 10) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). InterConneX for iPhone's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InterConneX for iPhone sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and DEVONthink To Go 4 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DEVONthink To Go 4 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DEVONthink To Go 4 has 242 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of InterConneX for iPhone's written reviews are positive against 45% of DEVONthink To Go 4's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

InterConneX for iPhone ships an update every 6 months, DEVONthink To Go 4 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
