The clearest difference is ratings volume: Filterloop at 13K against Ohrangutang Studio's 237. Filterloop also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Filterloop sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Ohrangutang Studio sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
