# Fluke Connect vs EXFO Power Checker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EXFO Power Checker at 100% against Fluke Connect's 6%. EXFO Power Checker also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.1). Fluke Connect's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 1.0) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 8 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fluke Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fluke Connect has 360 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 6% of Fluke Connect's written reviews are positive against 100% of EXFO Power Checker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fluke Connect ships an update every 5 weeks, EXFO Power Checker every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
