# ProCamera. Professional Camera vs Real Camera

The clearest difference is rating: ProCamera. Professional Camera at 4.7 against Real Camera's 3.0. ProCamera. Professional Camera also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11K vs 2). Real Camera's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProCamera. Professional Camera sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Real Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProCamera. Professional Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ProCamera. Professional Camera has 11K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 74% of ProCamera. Professional Camera's written reviews are positive against 73% of Real Camera's.
