# Blast Baseball vs Dominate the Diamond

The clearest difference is rating: Blast Baseball at 4.0 against Dominate the Diamond's 3.1. Blast Baseball also leads on ratings volume (630 vs 23) and chart position (#82 vs unranked). Dominate the Diamond's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blast Baseball sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Dominate the Diamond sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $49.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blast Baseball holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blast Baseball has 630 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Blast Baseball's written reviews are positive against 36% of Dominate the Diamond's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Blast Baseball ships an update every 4 weeks, Dominate the Diamond every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
