# SAP HD vs DJI Go4

The clearest difference is rating: DJI Go4 at 3.0 against SAP HD's 2.3. DJI Go4 also leads on ratings volume (6.6K vs 4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). SAP HD's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and review sentiment (33% vs 24%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DJI Go4 holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DJI Go4 has 6.6K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of SAP HD's written reviews are positive against 24% of DJI Go4's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SAP HD ships an update every 2 months, DJI Go4 every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
