# Stretching, Flexibility vs 123 Flex

The clearest difference is rating: Stretching, Flexibility at 4.6 against 123 Flex's 4.0. Stretching, Flexibility also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 2). 123 Flex's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stretching, Flexibility sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and 123 Flex sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stretching, Flexibility holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stretching, Flexibility has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Stretching, Flexibility's written reviews are positive against 100% of 123 Flex's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stretching, Flexibility ships an update fortnightly, 123 Flex every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
