# Stretching, Flexibility vs Stretching Workout

Stretching, Flexibility and Stretching Workout both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Stretching Workout's written reviews are positive against 76% of Stretching, Flexibility's. Stretching Workout also leads on ratings volume (161 vs 11) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stretching, Flexibility sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Stretching Workout sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Stretching, Flexibility against 4.7 for Stretching Workout. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stretching Workout has 161 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 76% of Stretching, Flexibility's written reviews are positive against 100% of Stretching Workout's.
