# Barcode Alarm Clock vs Send to Kindle

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Barcode Alarm Clock at 50% against Send to Kindle's 0%. Barcode Alarm Clock also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 12). Send to Kindle's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 4 months) and rating (4.6 vs 4.4). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Send to Kindle sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Barcode Alarm Clock asks for nothing beyond the download.

Send to Kindle holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Barcode Alarm Clock has 1.3K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.
